Since 2014, we've built in live retail environments with full operational continuity requirements, coordinated mechanical retrofits through existing structural systems on office-to-residential conversions, and delivered phased multi-family scopes across the full mechanical package — plumbing, gas, hydronics, and coordinated HVAC under a single Analog prime contract. The sector changes. The standard doesn't.
Restaurant & Hospitality
High-volume commercial kitchens, grease interceptors, makeup air, Type I hood connections, and gas distribution for Calgary's most demanding food service environments. Zero downtime tolerance on operational sites.
Retail & Commercial
National chain rollouts, base building mechanical, and phased tenant improvement packages for occupied retail. Full mechanical coordination with landlord requirements and tight possession dates.
Fitness & Wellness
Performance-critical HVAC, humidity control, and high-volume domestic water systems for fitness facilities. Analog has delivered mechanical scope for Planet Fitness, Orangetheory, F45, and YYC Cycle across Calgary.
Medical & Technical
Code-driven mechanical for clinics, labs, and regulated production facilities. Precision systems where inspection documentation and ABSA compliance aren't optional.
Adaptive Reuse & Conversions
Calgary's office-to-residential conversion program requires mechanical contractors who understand both the existing structure and the new residential code requirements. Analog delivered the HAT @ Eau Claire and HAT @ 9th Avenue — 195 suites combined, zero deficiencies.
Industrial & Technical
Process piping, specialty gas systems, and controlled-environment mechanical for industrial and technical facilities. Self-performed where possible, single-contract accountability throughout.
Mixed-Use Development
